Very good news DC. Did you contact the Salvation Army or the media? There are many groups nationwide you can go to for help.
I found these two. Check them out. Perhaps they can put you in touch with some organizations that can help. Just explain your situation to them. I'm sure there's one out there.

To Disturbed Computer...
Isn't there The Family and Medical Leave Act that Jennifer and Sean can go after... I think it's called... that was passed by Congress some years ago that would help with the costs of Brilee's transplant or something? Or doesn't it have something to do with Jennifer losing her job because her baby is in a life or death situation and she needed to take time off of work after she was born? She couldn't help that. She needs to be with her baby!!!!! She's a precious little girl and should not lose her life because of the inability to pay for the transplant. I call that greed. It's bad enough someone else's child has to die for Brilee to be able to live... but possible for Brilee having to die too because of loss of insurance is the worst!!! I hope and pray for Jennifer... Sean... you... and Baby Brilee.... You are gonna have the transplant... and YOU ARE GONNA MAKE IT BABY GIRL!!!!!!
Hugs and kisses for Brilee...

Thanks I will be checking into these Sorry I have been busy I was not intentionally ignoring your first post .. I really could have sworn I replied to it but when I came back on February 10, 2011 2:31:48 PM I did not see it. I probable didn't hit the send button...
Thank you for Hugs and kisses for Brilee... and the Prayers..
The Family and Medical Leave Act
is so the parent(s) can be off work Without pay to be able to keep their Job. Jennifer's job is (from what I understand) is saying she has already used up her 12 weeks. (I myself) don't see how she could beings Brilee was 8 to 9 Weeks old when they fired her. granted Jennifer was off prier to Brilee being born but Jen was on Maternity leave with pay. I don't think her job can include the two into one.. but that's what it is sounding like. Sean Told me his mom is talking to an attorney. but I have no info or any progress on it, or if she has done it yet...
Update
I got the EIN paper work yesterday (Feb 9th) from the IRS opened the Bank account today (Feb 10th) and a PayPal account then went to Facebook to get the Donate Button for Brilee Heart Foundation. so far no go. I am lost.. I click on Marketing then Advertise on Facebook filled out all the forms and at the end of it. It wants to set it up as a Bid at which it will cost BHF $2.07 per click plus PayPal fees. so if Someone where to only donate $1.00 BHF would be set back $1.07 plus PayPal fees.. I have to be doing something WRONG... does anyone know how to do it? This this what I what? I know PayPal will let you set the $$ or have it open so the donator has the choice I chose this one but can change it, but really would like the Donator to pick how much they would like to Donate..
oh the bank is US Bank anyone can make a Deposit at any US Bank. or send a check from their bank to US Bank..
Bank Address:
10100 West 119th Street
Overland Park, KS. 66213
Attention of: Tamara Walters
Payable to:
Brilee Heart Foundation
thanks all for all the prayers, Hugs and Kisses and Info...
I am taking today Feb 11th off It's my Birthday...

DC,
Write to President Obama and describe the situation fully. Your wife's former employer might not like getting a call from someone at the White House or Justice Dep't. They just might change their minds.

I got the Donation Button up and it was not easy,,(wow I would have more, enjoyed pulling a teeth out with Rushed Pliers ok maybe not that bad..) I know I liked YouTube
of course it my not work yet as PayPal has to send verification to the bank and it takes 2 to 3 business days to do.. I tried to do the right now one but it had 5 Questions it asked and the bank only had 3...

I'm so happy that Brilee got her heart transplant!!!! I hope all goes well with it and she is going to be ok now. My condolences go out to the family that lost their child. Organ donation is sooo very important. If I could... when I die I would donate all organs that could be donated when I die so that someone else could live. If only more people would donate their organs. I'm so happy for Brilee... Disturbed Computer. You've just put a smile on my face... and I don't smile that often. Thank you.

Well said. I feel that if one dies from non infective or malignancy, nothing is lost and everything gained through organ transplantation. It's the right thing to do, person's faith permitting.

To Dr. JBHL...
I have epilepsy... and now have MS. Is it possible to donate organs with MS since it is an immune system disorder. I would think not... what do you think. I am also the Universal Donor with O+ blood but am told I can't donate with all the seizure drugs I have to take. I recently wanted to try to be tested for a BMT but was also told no. I understand because of the MS. I wouldn't want her getting Graft vs. Host disease. I feel so bad that I cannot donate at least blood since I am the Universal Donor. I would like to donate my organs at least. With the MS can they be used? Is it possible?

(Thank you all to the above posters)
To the Family who let there Child live on.. I know All the Families that you helped will always cherish your kindness.
I am so, deeply sorry for your loss.. Words can't express my thanks for your kindness, I know it had to be a very difficult decision to make, ultimately you know your child is living on in so many Children...
To the Family:
Just remember she never really dies. For in our hearts her spirit lies.
If she could talk I know she'd say mommy, daddy please don't cry for I am not gone I am flying high.
I am that brand new twinkle in the sky.
I know one day I'll see you again, and until then hold your heads up high, remember I am standing by, for I am the light of the moon and the sunlight in the sky.
So please be strong and it won't be long till we're together again..
We all love you little Angel...

People who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis cannot give blood. This is a blanket ban that applies to 'chronic conditions of unknown etiology' and includes a range of other conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis.
People with MS also cannot donate bone marrow. To join the NHS Blood and Transplantation Marrow Registry you have to be a registered blood donor. Although being a blood donor is not a requirement when registering with the Anthony Nolan Trust - a charity that finds bone marrow donors for people with leukemia and blood disorders - MS is also one of the excluded conditions on this register.
People with MS can be considered as organ donors.
The reasoning behind this distinction is based on the fact that the cause of MS is currently unknown. Until there is evidence to prove otherwise, it is considered sensible to avoid donations from people with MS when there may be something in the blood that is a contributing factor to developing the condition.
As an organ transplant requires the consent of the recipient, they can be informed of any potential risks before they make their decision. The availability of organs is also limited and so any potential risks are weighed against the the consequences of not proceeding with the operation.
In comparison, it is not possible to identify a donor at the point when the blood is being used, so any potential risks have to be screened out at the point of donation.
Hope this helps answer your question. ![]()

Uvah has a good suggestion. You should also not ignore local TV, this is one of the things they generally get behind and support. Don't forget local news papers either. It's no doubt a hard time for Brilee's parents and family members so you have to use whatever resources are available to get the word out that help is needed.
