help finding menu bar

can someone tell me where to find the menubar in skin studio i cannot seem to find it no matter how hard i look here a pic

Edit menus and menubars/standard menu bars /Menu bar (notepadect)
that is where it is.
The diamond template for it is called menu_bar_2. You will find it in the diamond skin folder.
