A bit like jogging, I guess, but hanging upside down like that might help relieve the back ache for a while. 
I was there, and though I'm a bit rotund myself, I did offer to be president of the Stick Figure Association and try to help them get more recognition. And the first 2 members are Twiggy and Calista Flockhart, so their high profiles will aid in that endeavour. I just hope we don't get too many of those models with eating disorders signing up, it might present the wrong image...
However, while it would darken the association's image, there'd be all the more food for the rest of us.

that just says two black eyes....
