Site with skinners' "dreams" posted without consent

Amitsaran notified us on a rip of his work at dreamcenevideo.net . I saw the names of many of the artists who post at WC there (don't know if their work was posted w/o permission). A DMCA letter was forwarded to Amitsaran for him to send but it is unclear just whom to address it to, there.  He might have to join their Forum and Post the letter there.

Now, since the 'appropriate' contact links are conspicuous in their absence there is one [only] option.  The site's/network's "founder" [LifeSpy] has a Facebook page.  It is fair and appropriate that the 'buck stops here' with him.

What is required is...if any skinner/artist finds his work/s on this blog site...without their permission then fill in the appropriate DMCA notice and post it to the Facebook link.

It is a 'fair' assumption this 'David' is more closely connected to the site at issue than is made apparent.

Either way, the responsibility of appropriate DMCA notification lies with the skinner/artist concerned as that is the intended function of such notice.

I posted a request to the site asking them nicely to remove my work. The requet was deleted and my work is still there.

Hopefully You tube deletes the files I reported as being ripped soon so the preview clips will be missing on Dreamscenevideo.

David left a comment that he pulled some dreams due to copyright issues, hopefully he deletes mine soon.

My fervent hope is that SD goes after him for the "Free" Deskcapes he's distributing as well.

TheWindowsClub has an .exe to enable Dreamscenes on Vista Ultimate and W7 as well as a link to dA where links to offsite downloads of many dreams from WC and SD dream "Blissful Sunset" is "Freely" available as well as "Utopia Prime", "Edge of Eternity", "Planktonic", "Good Night Earth", Aquarium II", "Cosmic Waltz", Jellyfish Up", "Underwater", "Undersea", "Asteroid", "Mywindows 7" a recolored rip as well as "Hexican Gold" rip of the same dream, etc. are.

I will not, of course post such a link here.

Damn...now I have more work to do. This guy has posted a bunch of our work as well.

Looks like he may have a warez copy of DeskScapes also.

Doc, you might want to take down the referance to where the site is...there's master dreams involved.

 

Edit: While reporting those rips of mine that Doc pointed out, I found even more there. This is turning into alot of work.

I know you didn't...but it only took me a few minutes to locate them from your description.

It shouldn't matter, they should be down soon anyway. I informed the author of the work and he is reporting the rips of his.

Someone at Stardock should report the one of thiers and also the free version of DeskScapes that's posted. The sad thing is the copy of Blissful Sunset has been there for sometime (since 2008) and he is bragging that he is ripping Stardock's work.

I would suppose Jafo got in contact with SD about the rip... he hasn't commented, but I believe he's kept track of this thread.

Yes, he always 'knows'....omnipresent as always....
