Requesting a Dream??

Hey, there is alot of Dreams out there that are just amazing and love them. Ive been searching though and just cant seem to find this one though I have in mind. I am trying to find a Razer Dream, here are some of their Wallpapers http://www2.razerzone.com/downloads/wallpapers/ if maybe some1 could turn one of them or make one of their own and make it a Dream that would be awesome. Currently I am using amitsaran's Win 7 Dream and I was thinking maybe something like that but with the Razer Logo and maybe turn the strikes "their" green idk. But if you would be interested or made a Dream like this please send me a PM thank you.

The Razor logo and images are copyrighted. While possible, it may be tough to get their permission.

Also if you just want to change the color or look of a particular dream, you can do that using effects or change color in the Deskscapes UI.
Ya, but it doesnt change the Logo tho haha. But I mean I think it you were to change it to the Green I think it would be to much green if you know what I mean idk.
Ya, I was thinking that but wouldnt that only apply to like if we were to sell it? I mean the Win 7 one is copyrighted but it was done?

IMO, he asked for creating a dream creating something similar to it and not actually use the same official Razor logo !!

Amit, I created a dream from their wallpaper a couple of years ago for my son (we both have Razor Lachesis mice) and was unable to obtain their permission to use their images, so I was not able to distribute it to the public.
You may have better luck than I did.

So how bout' the people creating all sorts of stuff with the 'Windows logo' without the permission from microsoft ??
OR with the apple logo ??
I mean if a skinner creates something without actually using the copyrighted logo, it shall be legal and shall not require permission ??

Also to be referred to as copyright theft. No uploads containing in part or in totality another artist's work will be accepted without a written authorization from the original author. Permissions for use must be included in a .zip file with your upload. Repeated offenses can result in removal of uploading privelage
Copyrights/Trademarks
Images taken from other sources cannot be accepted without permission, including but not limited to pictures taken from movies, television shows, games, web sites, magazines, celebrity pictures. However, although they are theoretically also copyrighted, we will be lenient concerning corporate logos and OS ports, unless we are approached by the companies and asked to remove them. An exception: sports logos. Sport organization make money selling the right to use their logos and explicitly forbid the distribution of art containing their logo unless a license is purchased.
What this means is that you cannot take anyone's art and use it (without permission) . . but you can recreate it yourself and upload it (until and if they request you, WinCustomize, or Stardock to take it down).

I believe since you created the dream for your son and personal use, you had used the image from their wall !!
If you would've created it from scratch, you would'nt need any permission until asked for !!

You are correct, you can create one from scratch as fan art.
My point was you could not take one of the walls that the link in the original post points to and use one of them like the original poster requested.

Well ya I was just linking it so you guys know their colors and what the logo looks like.
