installation problem

i have windows 7 x64 sony vaio fw i m trying to install the free windows blinds 7.2 but nothing after the first window that ask me if i want to install nothing happening any idea?
i installed perfectly iconpackager object dock cursorfx but not windowsblinds

Make sure any security software is temporarily disabled, and that you are running it as an admin.

what I would try just for the heck of it is to remove the downloaded file and download it again from cnet. not sure this will work but sometimes "stuff" just happens.
