Lunar eclipse tonight for those in the west

For those of you like me, who are night owls, mother nature is planning something special for us on this, the Winter solstice...a full lunar eclipse (I'm planning on having my Pink Floyd queued up on my Ipod for this).  The event begins at half past midnight EST, and comes to it's maximum at 3:17 a.m.  It also coincides with the Ursids meteor shower, which is usually not visible during a full moon, but because of the eclipse (reported to turn the moon a blood red), they should be visible.

I'm really looking forward to this!  It only happens once every 372 years!

Admittedly my camera isn't the best, especially for these types of pictures, but here's a picture I took of the eclipse, so those of you who couldn't see it could get kind of an idea of what it looked like.
