How do I get the skins to work on the scroll bars?

I have the enhanced version, and the option to skin the scroll bars is checked... What's the deal?

I mean it won't skin the scroll bars on anything... I don't want it to skin the IE scroll bars.

Then it is strange indeed.
Make sure you indeed downloaded and installed the enhanced version... Just registering the trial version won't do it, you need to actually download the enhanced version after you receive your registration code...
I don't know if that is your problem, but it's the only thing I can think of...

WB can't skin the scroll bars on IE...Yet
It's has something to do with IE using Direct X as a scroll, I beleive.
