who to PM

I made several posts over the weekend regarding some buggyness with ads, WB, SKS and a couple of other things. From the lack of respones from those in the know, I'm not sure they are being acknowledged or..... (I am aware that the weekend is a bad time to post these questions/concerns)
So, who is the best person to PM that has the time to respond to all of these issues or do you all even care?

FYI - the 'official' means of reporting support items is through the Trouble Ticket method by email to - [email protected]
You are correct as it is unlikely any Stardock personnel would be around to reply during weekends.

He did find an issue with SKS. I replicated the issue on my updated copy. It's the next/previous button in the IE9 section not linked to return to that section when you move to the next section. There's a thread about it somewhere....

okay, trouble tickets for the programs and the ads (when they're constantly there). sounds like you don't respond to trouble tickets??
what about an annoyance ticket? I have a blind that should have listed under "yesterday's popular blinds" but wasn't (third time), I'm figuring I just pissed someone off enough...

We are already aware of the skin listings, and it's on the list to be eventually fixed. Looking into the ads issue.

Ads and site issues are Stardock. Sadly, they are closed on the weekend. The SKS and WB bugs would fall to Neil Banfield and based on the past I know he regularly reads thru the forums.
