I was thinking that since the poster has been active since 12/5 this might have been posted in the wrong place...I didn't know where to post questions for some time (altho there are folks a lot smarter than me)....was only trying to help.

If you mean Windowblinds, and the like. Yes. They'll even work on a netbook like I have. I have no problems using the skins under these programs in Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.
