This is probably the most helpful computer site I've had the pleasure of stumbling upon.
I can't imagine a question it doesn't answer! Tutorials, etc! For XP, Vista and 7, MS Office, Linux, Ubuntu, Web browsing....

I have had the howtogeeks on my RSS feeds for years. One of the first things I read.
