Does MDI bitmap skin taskbar?

How is the blank space on the taskbar skinned? I recieved a reply that the MDI bitmap does, but i cant get it to work? Any suggestions?

ok, what blank space is that ?! The Taskbar is already skinnable though. This is the bar where the open programs sit on the Startmenu bar. So If the Start Menu bar is what you really ment to say, then I have heard it is in skin Studio. BUT! Not many skinners have used this yet, for one reason or another. the MDI bitmap ? no, the MDI bitmap is for MDI Buttons. but thats the last I checked on this. [I have added mdi bitmap buttons in Skin Studio as many other have] so I dont think it is that.

Ok. but then where can i find out how to skin the start menu bar?
