Docks Not Appearing on Desktop

It's been working fine and earlier this evening I rebooted my computer and when I logged back in the docks were gone. My taskbar is locked just like it is when the docks are there so I'm having to create shortcuts to get to the things I need. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it's still not working.
It's very possible I changed a setting for something somewhere and didn't realize it, but at this point I'm lost.
Help?

What Version Of Object Dock are you using?
Have You tried to Manually Load Object Dock?
