Some WB themes keep moving my MPC window...

I don't know why, but most "complete" themes move MPC (Media Player Classic) window to the middle of the screen, even though there's an option in MPC that keeps the window in its previous location. It even changes the size of the window and defaults it to what appears to be widescreen.
Turning off skins for MPC fixes the problem, but I'd prefer everything be skinned.
Why is this and how can I disable such an annoying feature?

The forums are not instant messaging and this sounds like it would require Stardock to check out. Because it's still the weekend they are not here.
May be best to email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket so that it can be looked at.
