Ninth Year Anniversary at WC

Today is the my 9th year being a member here.
Over the course of those years my life has changes so much. I've added kids and pets to my household and watch them grow.
I've changed jobs and houses and cities. I've seen technology move like never before.
I've grown up significantly.
Through it all . . Ive had my friendships here. Some of the best friends I've ever had. And I have met a pile of "consequential strangers" that have made my life better than it could have been. I'm around less now than I used to be . . but I'm still here and enjoy the time spent.
So, thank you Stardock for the site. Thank you skinners for the skins. Thank you trolls and 13375 for keeping things . . "interesting". Thank you members who want to help and member who just want to have fun.
Thank you friends. Thank you all.

Congrats, Zu. You made me feel lots better when I needed it... the most ironic statement you ever made (when my karma was like 0) was, "I generally do not deign to respond to people of such insignificant karma...". You were kidding, and made me laugh...
This place without the striped warrior would be not be WC.

That's six years longer than me. When I first started reading the forums, Zubaz was everywhere finding and organizing solutions to other peoples problems. I still remember the soldier who worked on dismantling IED's in Iraq that couldn't get WindowBlinds working, and you dug up Yrag to sort it out. I hope that your future unfolds pleasantly.

I too remember joining the forums nearly 7 years ago and there was this unstoppable force.... Zubaz.... in every thread.... offering advice.....consoling.... having fun... encouraging skinners.... welcoming noobs....
indeed a big part of the evolution of our community....
we've kinda all 'grown up' alongside each other over time....
congrats on the anniversary..... and always delighted to see you drop in when you can...
