If you do not require an intergrated configuration, you can just use windowblinds, by itself in Windows XP, I have used it flawlessly in builds 2462, 2481, 2505, and 2509. You can download these programs from Stardocks main website, on a trial basis, and believe me, you would love to have the whole Object Desktop, and they offer a bargain of a price for the whole shebang.

Second winamp skins need winamp. to change a skin you can click on the left hand side of the main window (you see the O -- base skin that came with winamp) you can change the skin there.
ICQ needs a program called ICQ plus. It will place a PLUS symbol on the upper right hand side of the ICQ window and you can click on that and change the skins there. You must put win amp skins in the winamp SKIN folder and the icq plus can go in a folder under ICQ plus when you download it from www.download.com (search for it trust me it is there)
as for winxp themes? what do you mean?
