I do not know haw and where to open theme to delite it.
I am on "MY SITE" and from here i can not find way to do it.

PM a moderator with a request on which themes you want deleted. Please include the reason for deletion.

Look at Reply #3. Click the name "Hankers". From the resulting dropdown, choose Private Message Hankers.
Fill in the blanks.

For one - If the member just wanted to delete skins because they wanted to upload an update, then deletion wouldn't be necessary as an update would overwrite the original.
Just trying to save steps that may not be necessary.

Open each one and click delete. Unfortunately, there is no "mass delete" button, although there should be. Be nice to be able to check a box next to the theme(s) you want deleted and then click Delete.
