upload problems

please help. i don´t know, what i am doing wrong.
when itry to upload a theme, i get this message:
aspSmartUpload.File error '800403f2'
The file : 'I:\deviant\BlackBox for LiteStep.gif' is not allowed to be uploaded (Error 1010)
