WC bug ?

I'm not sure if its a bug or what but when I click the "all" button on the search bar at top right only 11 of the many programs show up in the drop down, I click the all button contained within the menu assuming it would open the menu further to see more selections but it just closes the menu and the bar is set back to all again.. is there another way to select the given libraries shown? or have we lost the ability to search like, the DX gallery etc that arent listed in the 11 shown in the menu?
