Per Pixel frames are cuts off on maximized windows (XP)

As i'm always using WindowsBlinds without per pixel frames (sounds are not avaible under XP in that mode 
and i like to have sounds avaible), i never noticed i get a big trouble applying per pixel mode ...
Left and right sides are cut off from a few pixels each ones and bottom one is just completly missing 
I also tried to do a roll back from latest WB 7.19a beta to 7.10, but problem is already present.
Here are to shots (Stripe Poker WB & Attacker WB) of how it goes:
What's going on?

I misunderstood ur PM, you mean your side frames arent showing?, Then i have no idea, looks like a WB issue and not a skin issue.
Im not on XP but in per pixel mode on 7 they show fine. I'll check XP next time im over there
Per pixel frames have never shown in a maxed window.

I hate that mode because of sounds not avaible in it, now i'm hearing that 3 frames on 4 just can't be correctly shown on maximized windows, it's just ugly

I hate that too. suggestion; get a bigger monitor, it helps.

Sorry gmc2, not following this, I have a 24 inch monitor and the side and bottom window frames are off screen, as they should be, when a window is maxed.

Native windows, also does not show frames on maxed windows.

Right, didn't notice that before 
But it does if using WindowFX and adjusting "Maximize to size" correctly, which is not the case using skins

I think he means "buy a larger monitor so you don't HAVE to view any maximized windows". 
But I agree most of the borders should not be visible. There's really no need for them in maximized mode and it gets them out of the way so the window itself takes up more of the screen.
If Windowblinds (and windows, as it were), did show full per pixel borders in maximized window mode, I'm sure there would be plenty of people with smaller screens hating it because the larger borders would be, in essence, killing what little space they have on their screens.
In this case, I think you're the exception to the rule, neophil.

Per pixel frames are not meant to show the left, right, or bottom when maxed....it's by design
