I just bought Objectdock 1.9 so I could get ver 2.0. I have checked Impluse like the email I recevied said to do but I am not seeing it in their. Only 1.9. How do I get ver 2?

I have Impulse install and showing pre-release but it is not there. I am thinking maybe because I bought Impluse under a different email address than OD. But OD 1.9 showed up in my impulse so I am really not sure why it is not there.

Impulse is not for sale it is free.
Did you purchase ObjectDock using a PayPal email address different than your Impulse/Stardock.net login email?
If so you will need to transfer the registration from your other email address to your Impulse/Stardock.net account - Transfer Registrations
After this is done then re-login to Impulse.
If this doesn't fix your issue then email [email protected] and include a link to this forum post.
As this is the weekend, you may need to wait until Monday at the earliest for a response.

Yes I did buy it with Paypal using a different email address. I transffered accounts to the one I just bought OD with and still does not show up.
I will contact support on Monday.

This seems to be a common problem. Is there a clear notice when one makes a purchase that they should use the same address as their one for Wincustomize?

You need to transfer your registrations to the email you use to login to Impulse and not your PayPal email.
Click on that link again and put your PayPal email in the 'Source Account' and then put your Impulse login email in the 'Destination Account'.

I am pretty sure this is correct:
Install Impulse if you have not already.
In the upper left hand corner is a little tab. Check "show pre-release versions".
OD2 should then show up.
