Elfkura is Alive

Yes, I know. Much to your disappointment, Elfkura did survive the Flood. For those of you who did happen to wonder where Elfkura went, here's the story.
Two weeks ago, Tropical Storm Allison hit Houston hard. University of Houston was buried underwater knocking out power and water. The Moody Towers were totally evacuated by Sunday morning, and I moved to a temporary (Jafo help with my spelling here) dorm in the Quads. I was placed in Taub, and then two days later, kicked off to Bates Hall. Unfortunately, I was kicked back to
Taub. I'm really not in the mood to write everything in here but as of today, Many of the buildings on campus have been shut down. Classes were closed for a week, and now everyone is behind in courses.
I am without internet connection back at my dorms, so I am still unavailable up until this point. I'm sorry if I haven't been around to entertain most of you, but circumstances have prevented that from happening.
I will return as soon as I possibly can, and that only depends on when good ol' Uni of Houston gets the connection back on. So until then, I'll stay in touch through Rob's work place.
Feline...I can't believe that "romance" thread is -still- going. What did you do, keep it up? Let it die sometime
Oh, and I'm so behind on the news. David didn't even tell me the Deskmod t-shirts are coming out. Anything else interesting I should know, people?

Oh, yes, and I beat Nuvem to Nicole Kidman, [he was too busy with lasagne] but that's another story....
