Windowblinds and Outlook Express

I use OE for newsgroups and noticed that I have lost the "dimples" to resize on the bottom right corner. Is this an effect of using skins? My apologies if this is woefully ignorant and TIA to anyone who can enlighten me.

You will if the window is maximized, try clicking the restore button. Failing that have you tried putting your cursor over the corner? Could be the skin doesn't have 'dimples' but the re-size still works.

I ended up using the resize on the right click--something I had forgotten even existed. For a short while, my OE was maximized with no dimples apparent and no change of cursor shape no matter where I ran it along the borders of the window. Right click and resize did it and now, voila, I have dimples again. Thanks for the response. Wasn't sure if it was WB or a program I run with OE (Quote-fix) or MSStyles or what! Not so easy to troubleshoot these days as everything seems to be intertwined with everything else. Or at least that is how it seems to me, an old Luddite.
