Windowblinds textback

Tuesday, June 19, 2001 by WyattG | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

To put it simply, when trying to make a title background with Windowblinds, it appears distorted. What could be the problem? I've checked all my settings.

(also posted on devart, need help asap; if this bothers you, i'm sorry for existing.)

how does it distort?

The textbackground must be exactly the same height as the titlebar graphic.

It's kinda hard to explain, but it appears as though the area that's actually behind the text is too high and is shrunk vertically. Also, only half of it appears. It is the same size as the titlebar.

do you have two states? active on top and inactive on the bottom?

I only have two states for the textback. The other frames have one, to take advantage of that memory-saving feature (TopFrame=1, etc.).

hmmm... I've never used TopFrame=1, have you tried a single state for the textback too?
