Interesting way to make animations for windowblinds ... if you have flash and GIF movie gear.

Stumbled on a real easy way to make animations...
Knock something up in flash or if you suck at flash like me, cheat and use SWiSH and then export it as an avi, import the avi into GIF movie gear, and you can save it as a .bmp filmstrip of static images (Just like skinstudio uses) neat that these programs seem to work together so well.

Thanks guys...gif movie gear worked great,and was easy.Image ready was a little flaky at times.(my first one was messed up because of that top left pixel transparency thing 
)

Go to File> Export> Export Animations
They will be saved as a Web Package. Same for Toolbar Icons.
