Step one: download Rainlendar from here
Step two: unpack the zipfile to any folder (example: c:\program files\rainlendar)
Step three: doubleclick 'Rainlendar.exe'
Change skin:
Rightclick Rainlendar -> skins -> select skin
Install skin:
Step one: Download skin
Step two: unpack skin into the Rainlendar skin folder (normally 'Rainlendar\skins\')
Step: If Rainlendar is running, rightclick Rainlendar -> refresh. Rightclick again -> skins -> select skin
