I was just wondering how you go about Creating the compact start menu. I have no Idea where to start, so I need all the help I can get.

https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=15&SkinID=33 this is a SKS widget you can use to build one type of compact menu.....just replace the graphics with the ones you create to match the rest of your skin
