Uploading Skins Problem

have attempted to upload my first sysmetrix skin, but i keep getting the message " An error occurred while processing this page" Could someone who has experience at uploading skins please help me. I have zipped the skin folder and included desktop.jpg letters of permission to alter the design of the original skin+a .jpg of that design so people can see the re-vamped version and a wallpaper for use with the new skin, am i zipping it incorrectly. Hope somebody can help me.

Thank you "pictoratus" I have been trying since late last night but i will continue to try as you suggest and hopefully i will finally get the upload to work
