Hi NT....look at your up and down arrows for the titlebar and special titlebar in shellstyles. You''re using .bmp''s (which is fine) instead of .tgas. six of the eight arrows still have translucent and transparency checked. Uncheck them and your shellstyles will come back

Almost forgot, you'll have to go through your substyle and do the same

Worked like a charm. Heres my guess. When you load the default luna skin , it imports various properties from the previous skin you are running. Got any info on that? I did not change those settings on the buton images. I imported new bmp's and thats all. Go figure. Im thinking of starting a skinstudio support group (sanity related).

Sorry for the multi posts. Too late to edit. I knew that skinstudio inherits certain properties, I just didn't think it went that deep.

Those images are normally .tga's when you load the default luna skin. When you go to edit them, SkinStudio exports them as .png's. If the png you import doesn't have any transparency, SkinStudio converts them to .bmp's. Happens all the time to me with checkboxes
