Help with Start menu text.

Friday, April 9, 2004 by Killer_Thigh | Discussion: Skinning

I need help to change the color of the text on the programs side of the start menu. I know how to change the main color, but how do I change the secondary color? Such as under Internet, it says Internet Explorer. And under Email it says Microsoft Outlook. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by secondary color. Mouseover? Menu? Mouseover colors don't work for me. Menu colors can be ...... but I have a feeling you're talking about something else.

I think he's asking about the words "Internet Explorer" and "Outlook Express" shown above. I think they stay the same color as "Internet" and E-mail" or at least I haven't been able to change them (they only show up when using large icons on the left side)

Ahh.. Mine doesn't look like that. Probably because I don't use IE, or OE.

I think it gets the text colour from one of the other settings.... menu bar text or somewhere like that. I don't have exact info of this at the moment though.
