Transparency in the titlebar

Whenever I try to put transparency in the top titlebar, it doesnt work. Is there any way to enable it so that I can have a transparent one? I just want the top half of it to be invisible until about halfway across. Then I want the text background image to extend to the full height of the bar. But its not working. Any ideas on how to get around this? I'm using Uis2.

Any transparency in the borders appears to extend to anything on top of it (buttons, text, etc.).

Buttons are OK as long as you choose the option to "add to frame border" - at least, they show up....I had one showing up fine, but once I did, the window remained "active" when switching to another app unless you rolled the mouse over one of the title bar buttons (see https://www.wincustomize.com/msgboard.asp?BID=WCS&id=266757)
Since the title bar text background image doesn't have an option to add to the window frame, I would expect it to remain tranparent if it overlaps in the title frame...unless this is added as a feature, I don't think it's do-able....?

Heres some more stuff about this problem. I got it sorta working, but now I have this problem: It mostly works but a chunk of the bar is munched off for some reason.
Heres what I mean:

Any ideas as to why it might be doing this particular little thing now? I've checked out the BBX Mercury theme and the only difference I can see is that my transparency goes on an angle when theres is vertical.

If you notice, most of the time the text is centered. That doesn't mean that the text hasn't taken a few extra pixels of area to the left. It looks like a text problem to me.

You could also try to create a button to cover that area. But, your problem might be resolved by moving the text margins to the right. It seems that the transparency is working right though.

What I mean by working right is that there is no Magic Pink showing, so the problem must be elsewhere.

I was thinking too that the problem maybe in how your margins are set. Maybe windowblinds is doing some weird stretch, since the height of the cut-off part is the same as the left part. Maybe you should try to set the sizing margins on the left(or right) to just past the angle part. If that works then you know its how windowblinds is going to draw your title bar.

May have found the problem: The margins! Then I move the left margin of the titlebar inwards so that it wont stretch the angle, that part of the image is not shown. What is strange is that it DOES show that area of the image where the narrow bar that goes all the way across is. Strange. Also frusterating. I think this must be a bug.

CerebroJD, sorry I'm late to the party, but have a look at Thunderstorm by Pixtudio. He used Do Nothing titlebar buttons to control the margin cutoff issue. Although his background graphic is not transparent as yours is, I think something like this might get you to where you want to be. Have a look and I think you'll see what I mean.
