Help with more programs menu

I need some help with the more programs menu(the menu you view after ing All Programs from the start panel.) The divider between the 2 sides isn't the color I want, I was wondering how I would change this. Here is an example picture:

Thanks, this is the only way to do it? It kind of sucks because, like you said, it changes other things.

Killer_Thigh - I agree that it sucks as not only does it change other things, but I've not been able to find a definitive list of those "other things" to make sure they are taken into account in the design stage 
Hence, I've decided it's probably best to leave them as they are and design around them when they crop up...

Unless your skin is a rainbow of colours it can be quite easy to blend, patience is all it takes

DarkMist - it's not too bad as long as you know about it to plan for it. You need to make sure that the different elements which use those colours all work on the same sort of brightness as well as colour though or else it stands out an ugly mile...If you don't know where it will crop up, you might design one bit very dark and one very light and it just won't work against both....that's how it caught me out the 1st time.

Those 2 colors are controlled by Button Highlight, and Button Shadow. Changing those settings will affect other things, so be careful.
