Problems with areas of status bar not skinning correctly

If you click on my name you can see a screenshot of my problem. On quite a few of my skins for WB, some areas of the status bar are just not skinning correctly... there are parts of it missing. It seems to be a random occurence depending on what type of window is open and which skin is loaded.
The skin in the screenshot is Stellar Hub by starone, but this same problem is occurring with other skins as well. I've tried sorting the problem out in SkinStudio Pro, but can't seem to find the right area to address. I'm trying to finish my first original WB skin to upload here and having almost the exact same problem with my skin as you see in the screen shot.
Any suggestions for how I go about fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Some programs just dont skin well,like kazaa lite.Its not a SS issue .

It's only happening on the explorer status bar in Internet Explorer 6 on some sites with some skins. But yes, I agree with you that it's funny that it happens on SDC 
Kind of like the barber's kids needing haircuts or the shoemaker's kids needing shoes.
I'm taking skins apart now trying to figure it out because it's bugging me. Might be a waste of time to some I guess, but I figure I'll learn more even if I can't fix it. Was just hoping someone might be able to narrow the search down for me. My guess is some kind of margin control, but I can't figure out where... yet
Anyway thanks for checking in... BTW... any idea why some tooltips hide behind the task bar when you hover over the sys tray or QL bar?

More likely its nothing to do with any of the skins or WB or SS.probably a code issue with some sites.Dont know about the tooltips,I have them completely disabled,I cant stand the little bastards popping up everywhere.
