Where do I get permission to use the smilies off of this site?

Sorry to bring this to the messageboard, but I feel that I need to get some help. I've tried emailing two people now, but neither of them could grant it. They suggested I go higher up. I emailed Stardock, but they did not respond. I just wish to use the smilies and modify one of them to make a media player skin. Can anyone guide me to the people that I need to contact to get some results? I would really appreciate it.
