Anyone want to teach me to skin cursor XP?

If anyone has some spare time to write a quick guide to making cursors, I would really appreciate some help. I'm o.k. making the images, animations etc, I just need to know how to actually START. Any assistance would be good.

What is it exactly you don't understand? Have you read the CursorXP skinning Guide? https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/guide.asp
