how do i skin...?

I kindna new to skin and skin studio, i could skin almost everything accept the border/line, you know like the one in internet explorer. It seperates the buttons and address bar.

If I understand what you mean,those are 1 pixel lines derived from the button shadow and light settings in misc>colors>buttons.I wish you could make them go away!(when you wanted them to)They are what make non-skinned buttons look 3d.
