Chalk is fine, but Id like to have the light back...
(I would assume that) the 'dots' on the blacktop appear to get smaller (and more compressed) the farther they are from the 'camera' (or viewer). If they are uniform in density and size, the image looks flat and pasted on. (as we see here)
The 'police line' tape also looks pasted on... (Not sure how to fix that one)

Chalk is worse... (IMHO)
Water reflection is still off...
Right spraycan is better with the paint leaking out and looks *less* glued-on. The shadows still need help tho.
Tape is better, but like the spraycans, its shadow needs fixing.
Perhaps this: http://www.photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/cast%20shadow/cast%20shadow.htm will help with the shadows.

na, used to live in the city though(Seattle,Frisco,Baltimore)

Fixed that, used a pavement texture
