How long does it take for a wallpaper to be added?

I added my wall paper called AcensionII and it is still waiting for approval...I added the other one but it is not even there anymore.

nah, I ment that a wallpaper can look good in your own eyes, but the moderation is really hard, about 20% of all submissions...

When your upload was completed, you were presented with a message. Did you read it?
The message informed you that it could take up to 5 days for your submission to be posted on the site. (assuming it makes it past the moderation process) Has it been 5 days? Nope. Has it been 2 days? Nope. Did you uploaded the wallpaper today. Yep!............ Patience friend... 
We recieve a lot of walls, and it takes time to go through them all.
