all programs background color

help when i click start> all programs the page is white i have changed all the attributes and there is nothing white left except under colors text highlighted i have made other skins w/ no problems changeing this any suggestions

thanks lady crissy but i tried that and no good let me be more descriptive on the issue ok here goe's click. start then move the cursor to "all program's the page that comes up with all of your program's is white with a blue edge {left edge] by default that page is the one i need to change
like i said i think i tried to change all attributes {unless i missed one} with no change's thank for the reply j.l.l.

sorry, my choice of word's was inncorrect { page, menu} i swear that attribute was not there but it is thank's to one and all for the help and the quick response time. thanks again.
