Windowblinds Taskbar Height (no not the double height problem) help!

I've been dinking around with skinstudio for awhile now and have made a few skins, I'm still working on my "Masterpiece" but one thing keeps bringing me back to square 0.
I have yet to understand how windowblinds decides the taskbar height. In the options section of windowblinds it lets you choose between "Small Taskbar" "Large Taskbar" and "Skin Decides Taskbar Height" - am I simply restricted to either the small and large taskbar size, or can I specifically choose the height?
Or am I complete idiot and have missed an option that would do it?

I'm not at home so I can't confirm it, but it has something to do with the margins set for the taskbar buttons.

Yeah you have to adjust the content margins for the buttons.
