What are the best icon makers out there

Icon Factory? Microangelo? Icon Workshop?
Which one make Mac icons too? What is the difference between XP icons and regular and how do regular icons look on XP?

If you have a good quality graphics program (Like Photoshop or PSP), you're better using that, then import the graphics into and icon prog and use that to save out to .ico format.

Listen to the Hipster. The ïconification of yuor graphics is but the last step. So you really only need an app to convert graphics to icons and perhaps package then in an .icl.

anyone know if it is posible to have a raster in photoshop, covering each pixel?

Which one make Mac icons too? ....... I don't think any Window icon editor, can save in the Mac format. (IWS can open most Mac icons.)
What is the difference between XP icons and regular ..... Xp icons use 'alpha transparecy" (mutiple degrees of transparency)
and how do regular icons look on XP?.....The same as they do on 98.
