SkinStudio & WMP skins ?

Asked at the newsgroups. This is something that gets me a little angry sometimes. New goodies get implemented, but no word about how to use them...

It's listed in the 'save as' menu as one of option to save out to.
Although you can convert USF format to WMP just now.
UIS to USF isn't in place though, so only MSStyles can be converted.

How do you create a WMP skin in the first place? What program, Where to go?

Notepad or some other text editor. YOu need an image editor too. If you look around on the Microsoft site, you should be able to scrounge up a downloadable SDK for it.
