Ok that maybe but the person who thinks my work is good enough to be posted on WC is in that group, and I value that opinion that the WC moderators who IMHO have a bias toward new work. So as I said before very politely, sincerely and respectively sit on it

Moderator please remove my wall from my web site, I will be posting them somewhere else where the work may be appreciated by all who view it

Personally I would leave them there or bundle them up. I have many walls that did not make it to the public pages and yet people still manage to find them and download them. people have varied tastes and you never know. If the wall gains more stars maybe you can ask to have it moved to the public pages. The main thing is you made them for you. If you like them then take it as a lesson. I do commend you for breaking the ice though. Sorry it wasn't the experience you expected. When one of my walls doesn't make it to the public pages I ask myself why and strive to produce better art. The artists here will help you but a pound of sugar can go a long way here. As 7th wallpaper skinner don't you think that I and all above and below me hasn't gone through the same. That's life in the big leagues my friend.

Wallpaper moderation has been around for longer than I can certainly remember here on WinCustomize.  The majority of wallpapers submitted don't make it into the general gallery, and that doesn't necessarily mean your work is "bad", but that the wallpaper gallery is selective on what it accepts.

I have written many times about what makes good wallpapers, and the number one reason wallpapers are rejected, aside from being rips, is the submitting of multiple wallpapers with just minor changes to each.

If you want items removed, you can PM a mod, but it will most likely take a few days before it is address.

Just for the sake of accuracy here. These are total downloads not total submissions. Also some of these folks are no longer active here.

There is absolutely no bias toward new work or any skinner by the moderators.  As ID said,

In fact there is an award for not making the gallery and some of WC's best submitters have had some items sent to their personal page.

Would hope you would check it out and reconsider.

I can understand why, I have have e-mailed to have the walls I created removed from my website ASAP if not sooner. As I said I willl become much more critical of what I give stars to in the future. it will be objective, and not subjective and arbitrary

I have posted two of my walls on this form you suggested.

However I still want my walls removed from my site, this should be an option for all users to have for their MY Sites so requests to have their creative work from their My Site is not needed.

they have been removed and I thank SD for doing this in a timely manner, I will never agin upload a Wall to SD to have biased and arbitrary Mods say they are not good enough for everyone to view. If they think they are only good enough for my site and reject them for WC an e-mail should be sent to the indivdual stating why it was not good enough. They need to be accountable for their decisions.

I know many are not going to agree with me, so please do not confuse me with someone who gives a crap

As I said, WinCustomize is a moderated site and always has been.  There is nothing new here.

I am the one who sent all your wallpapers to PP, so if are looking to hold someone accountable, that would be me.

Well someone with a face and had least the cajones to admit it. Like I said you will never have that opportunity again to dis my walls without explanation, I am wondering would you have done it if one of the top five posters of walls had submitted them, I think not.

I would do it for any member of the site regardless of their upload count, ranking, or hair color if needed.  As I said in the other thread, if you have any other comments, take it to PM as this discussion has become redundant.
