WinCustomize Personal Pages Up...

If you have an active WinCustomize Premium Subscription (click the store link at the top if you don't) you can now create your own personal page.

Your personal page becomes a sub-domain of WinCustomize.com (i.e. frogboy.wincustomize.com).  Only premium subscribers can see it now. 

Your personal page lets you write blogs, view your gallery, make recommendations, see stats on everything from how many downloads your skins have gotten to your actual ranking overall in all kinds of areas. Plus there are awards for being a leader.

This is a beta, and it's the first phase of our WinCustomize 2K5 roll-out. We'll be making tweaks and fixes over the next week. Have fun!

Ah ha! I found that if I used IE I was able to get in and create my site. Wow! Cool! Now we just need it to work with Firefox.

Ok, site is created, now how do we go and look at it or others? Is there a link someplace I am missing?

well no matter what I try it still tells me i'm not a member, and I know I am. I'll try it again in a few months when some of the bugs are gone.

I seem to be missing something. I cannot see this option whatsoever in regards to a user home page.

It's a very cool idea though, and I'm looking forward to it.

To create your own personal site go to http://skinners.wincustomize.com/createsite.aspx

Note: skinners.wincustomize.com is a temporary site. Frogboy is considered the owner of this site so it will show his profile (ala frogboy.wincustomize.com).

Btw someone mentioned having problems doing this with Firefox but I had not problem whatsoever.

Nevermind not being able to view the personal pages... I'll just sit here and cry until I can create MY personal page, once it becomes available for us level 3 users... Is there a date for that perhaps?

Wait a second here... went to see 'my' site etc and all I am getting is a whole nother sign up ritual for another site???? Harrumph

...and if it *is* a temporary site under Frogboys ownership...? I am reading everything everyone has said so far and a lot of people have nothing but grief or problems with this (this = accessing their 'own' site). Methinks the gun has been jumped -)

Great idea... but (correct me if I am wrong) deliver before you announce the fabulous upgrade -)
