Skinning DesktopX objects/widgets

Martin and I have been uploading quite a few DesktopX objects and widgets we've made. Now, you have our open permission to take those things and modify them however you want to create new DesktopX objects/widgets with them.
Normally, people modify widgets through the DesktopX GUI (i.e. right clicking on an object, going to its properties and changing images). But if you want to "skin" the whole thing? This article walks you through it. But let me give you a hint: .dxpacks are simply .ZIP files renamed. Just jump in there and modify the images. Have fun!

From work yes, but skinning is my hobby.
If you want to see what my "day job" is pick up The Political Machine at your local computer store or Walmart. 
I write computer AI and such.
My DesktopX posts and guides and such are things I do because I love this stuff.

Thanks a million to you and Martin.
I too have a day job in which I design and publish Quality Control standards and assembly manuals using Photoshop, Publisher and other programs as well as helping the Information Systems department maintain desktops in a hardware capacity when time permits.
This graphics side of the science is for fun and ultimately to keep me from getting bored looking at the "same old, same old".
With any luck I will have a better grasp on Illustrator soon and then be able to design some drawings which can be enhanced in photoshop and then used to create WindowBlinds, Icons, Docks, and DX Objects.
Thanks for all your help, and I look forward to contributing some art to this site to help the community in return.
