OD+ could really add some mouseover effect on the tabbed dock.
I'd like to suggest to add an option to make background 100% transparent (even tabs) and when mouseover it then the tabs will be shown...

That delay before activation feature then a dock is hidden is nice! I hope that feature makes it into the next ObjectBar!

this is great! now i'll definitely be using the flyout menus. i love it.
