WindowBlinds Design Costs

Hi Everybody.
This is my first post here so Hello to all 
Anyway, I'm looking at including some themes in a new product I'm working on. Trouble is I'm having difficulty in finding good designers and some of the stuff on here is just awesome so what better place to ask.
My question is: How much would the average cost of a theme be to include in a product?
I am thinking of going open source with my product so that may sway things. Basically, we need designs for a window, multi state buttons, drop down menu, tabs, toolbar, scrollbar, tooltips and some icons.
Anybody interested in this?

Definitely what 2of3 said above milonic, most designers would need a lot more information to make a decision like this.

First, welcome to the forums milonic.
Second, With responses by four make that five of the best skinners in the business you've got a great start.

OK!!!, excellent responses - thanks guys. Could have done with getting an email when a response was made but I'll figure that one out.
Anyway, here's a link to something I put together: http://webplugs.net/themes.php
It demos a product called Webplugs that I'm developing at the moment. You should see a window with a menu in it, some tabs, toolbar and that. That's pretty much what I'm after. Sort of a cut down Windows Blind that you guys seem so good at creating. There's other themes under the themes menu. All based on operating systems but that's just so you can get the idea. Obviously we need our own themes, hence why I'm asking.
Do you need any more info?

It may help to include some information about the product. Link to a site/screenshots etc.
