Adding Friends

Hopefully this is what you want.
Open Impulse and go to the Community Tab. Select friends at the bottom. In the window that opens enter the nick of the person you wish to add in the box and click Find. The option will appear to have an invitation sent to them. They will show as pending until accepted.
