I submitted a blind and received this confirmation.

then someone pointed out that the frames were not a part of the preview so I added them to the preview and resubmitted everything and received this notice of rejection.

However we do look forward to your future submissions.
I'm sure that I'm missing something but it does seem strange (the blind is available for download)

Or, it sounds like your preview isn't working 
The rejection should include the reason for rejection and an invitation to upload with whatever corrected.

nope, what I posted was what I received. the blind is available and the preview is the one I wanted up, just seemed odd and thought I would mention it.
oh, but I did lose a few download numbers and the rating went from a 7 to a 6.
