How to always have a photo on the front of your desktop

Hello all desktop customizers,

I have a problem:

I would like to have a photo always on the front of my desktop.

So that I'll always see this picture on my desktop, also when I open a folder or an application/game it is displayed on front.

How can I do this? can you guys help me out with this?

If you mean always on top, you can use this if you have DX installed. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/desktopx_widgets/208/   Just drag your pictures onto in and set it to always on top.
